Whats that?
"Culture jamming is the practice of reworking advertisements or “fixing” them to create an alternative meaning, to reveal an underlying truth or simply make the viewer think."
So, according to this Professor, The Royal We can now be referred to as "Culture Jammers" or maybe its "Culture Jam-ists" or maybe its "Culture Jam-ites." Whatever our title might be it sounds a lot more professional than our previous job title of "Funny Dudes and Funny Babes.***"
***"Funny Dudes and Funny Babes" has never been our title, as I'm sure its gotta be the name of a short form improv troupe consisting of 40+ year olds in the Mid-West.*
Well, thats all I got...for now. The Royal We has been keeping busy making new short films, and we are currently at work on a new stage show. Also, we are in serious talks with a few different companies about making comedy for them...can I be any more vague?
